Returns & Delivery Policy

i. When in stock delivery usually takes less than 10 days from the date of order, but may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services.

ii. Out of stock items will be distributed as soon as they are available.

iii. You may return incorrect or damaged products within 7 days of receipt.

iv. If you have a reaction or the product is not suited for your skin, you may return it within 14 days. Please include a note explaining the reason for return. You will be refunded once we have received and processed the item or you can have a replacement product suitable for your skin type (please allow at least 14 days). In all cases please include a copy of the invoice with your return.

v. We will only refund delivery costs if the retrn is a result of our error. This does not affect your statutory rights. To return products please wrap securly making sure any lids are firmly closed. Usually packaging the product was sent in can be used for its return.
